From your first phone call and throughout your child’s experience at Little Magpies Speech therapy, you will interact with me. I will answer your questions and explain the reasons behind the strategies chosen for your child’s individual progress.

During your child’s sessions, most parents are present. This allows you to see the strategies and approaches I implement for your child’s unique needs. Once I develop a rapport with your child and identify what strategies work best for their needs, a home-based plan is implemented.

I provide training to you, the parent so that the skills taught in our sessions can then be carried over and implemented in all areas of life. During speech sessions, fun activities are used to engage your child while training new skills related to their speech and language needs.
